Forgetfull Mommie...WHAT!!!

Ok so you know how every woman can be a little forgetfull once in a while, expecially after having babies. it just seems like your mind just can't remember every tiny thing in your day even if it is something you do everyday at a certan time of the day. Well today is one of those days. We have had dentist appts. and much more. Well i was babysitting my friends two little ones at her house and i get a phone call from my friend saying " Kelly you forgot kasen at school." When i looked at the clock it was 3:15 pm school lets out at 2:45 pm. What how could i forget to pick up my own kid from school. I do this everyday at the same time. What was i thinking, well let me tell you, I was thinking .....................NOTHING absalutly nothing!! Yes i felt like a bad mom when i walked in to the school and everyone was looking at me. But thank goodness they all laughed and said we have been there and done that... So i guess it made me feel a little bit better and that i was a silly mom. Kasen did say to me when i walked in " mom you forgot me, but thats ok. but mom what were you doing? " I felt bad after he had said this and all i could say was " Well babe sometimes mommy isn't all there, sometimes i forget things like you do. but you are something that i should have never forgotten. But if i don't show up, always remember i will be coming i promise..." Kasen sat there for a minute and said " ok mom, I will allways wait." What a good little kid i never thought that he would have said that but to my surprise he did. I thanked him and we went on with what we were doing. So far So good but it has only been almost and hour so who knows what i will forget in a while.....
I swear ever sense i have had kids i don't remember things very well. I dont' know why but i know that i am not alone..... isn't that right mommies lol.............
